MANILA, Aug. 24 –The Department of Public Works and Highways announced Tuesday that the DUMACAA Bridge along Manila South Road (Lucena Diversion Road) will be closed to traffic for four days from August 25 to 28.

The reason for closure is the ongoing bride repair and rehabilitation or concrete pouring on the closure gap.

DPWH Region IV-A Quezon Second District Engineering Office has already deployed heavy equipment and maintenance crew to conduct clearing and repair works in the damaged bridge.

All motorists are advised to take Old MSR Route passing Lucena City proper starting Wednesday morning. (PNA) DCT/LOR
