MANILA, Aug. 5 — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), in an update issued Thursday, said that as of 4:00 p.m., tropical depression "Domeng" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 140 km. northwest of Laoag City and is expected to be out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) anytime Thursday night.
