MANILA, July 25 – In light of the present water supply crisis being experienced by towns and cities in the northern part of Metro Manila, Caloocan Mayor Enrico "Recom" Echiverri urged on Sunday the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to immediately implement Republic Act 6716 or the law stipulating the need to develop and maintain more for water wells and rainwater collectors.
