MANILA, July 19 — Department of Labor and Employment Secretary Rosalinda D. Baldoz has reported that the National Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) conciliators and mediators attained a 100 percent disposition rate by resolving four strikes which occurred between Jan. 1 and June 28, this year.
