SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union, July 17 –Rescuers from the Philippine Navy recovered the cadaver of a man who drowned at the height of Typhoon "Basyang" in Pangasinan. Navy Ensign Emmanuel Tabsalop, assigned with the Naval Forces Northern Luzon based at Poro Point, San Fernando City, La Union, identified the victim as Eddie Barboso, 38, of Magsaysay St. Malasiqui, Pangasinan.
