MANILA, July 9 — Japan has approved funding of P33,908 million for the rehabilitation and modernization of livestock 'okasyon' markets (LOMs) for underprivileged Philippine farmers, a project that includes the full rehabilitation of the country five busiest LOMs, the Japanese embassy in Manila announced Friday.
