MANILA, June 28 – Atty. Harry Roque, Jr., one of the private counsels of the victims of the Maguindanao massacre case, on Monday said that the killers of massacre witness, Suwaid Upham alias "Jesse", were all employees of the Ampatuan family.

Roque said that two witnesses have positively identified the four suspects who killed Jesse, but refused to name the suspects.

Roque said the two witnesses were now in the custody of the Philippine National Police (PNP)and had submitted their testimonies, saying that the four suspects were employees of the Ampatuan family.

However, Roque declined to give more details about the four suspects, saying that, they could only be identified once the manhunt operation, which is being conducted by the authorities against the suspects, is finally over.

The authorities earlier said that they were looking into the "love triangle" and clan war in the killing of Jesse.

Upham was said to be one of the seven alleged gunmen involved in the Maguindanao massacre on Nov. 23, 2009 that claimed the lives of 57 civilians, including 15 women and 30 media practitioners. (PNA)
