President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo unveils the marker during the inauguration Monday (June 21, 2010) of the newly-reconstructed Bued Bridge in Sison, Pangasinan. Damaged in October last year at the height of typhoon Pepeng, the restoration of the three-span superstructure started in January 2010.
