MANILA, May 30 — The Court of Appeals (CA), in a 20-page decision, has voided the suspension order imposed by the National Police Commission (Napolcom) where eight operatives of Quezon City Anti-Carnapping Unit (QC-ANCAR) were placed under 90-day preventive suspension following a shootout with a group of suspected car thieves EDSA in 2009.
