Comelec Bicol assures smooth elections on May 10

LEGAZPI CITY, Albay — Commission on Elections (Comelec) Regional Director Zacarias Zaragoza has assured the public in the radio program “Ugnayan sa Bikol” that the government is fully prepared to conduct the May 10 automated elections without any delay.
