(Metro News) Maynilad helps UP Centennial Dormitory construction in QC

MANILA, March 27 – Maynilad Water Services. Inc. (MWSI) on Saturday said it supports the construction of the University of the Philippines (UP) Centennial Dormitory at the UP-Diliman campus.

The water company hopes to raise P 2 million in donations for the completion of the construction of the P 43-million dormitory, which will be ready for occupancy by June 2010.

The UP Centennial Dormitory is a planned two-building complex that can house over 570 undergraduate students.

The dormitory will have five floors, with 12 units occupying each floor. Half of the dorm units will be reserved for UP College of Engineering students. (PNA) RMA/JCA
