MANILA, March 10 — Human rights lawyer and Lakas-Kampi-CMD senatorial candidate Silvestre "Bebot" Bello III has called on candidates and other groups to spare the military from partisan politics by dissociating the stigma of the alleged cheating during the 2004 elections to the appointment of Lieutenant General Delfin Bangit as chief of staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
