MANILA, Feb. 3 — The United Kingdom has expressed support for the Philippines to lead the May 2010 Review Conference (RevCon) of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NNPT), citing Manila’s membership in the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) and close historic relationship with the United States and Europe.
