Seventy six-year-old Edbejis Abias, a resident of coastal Barangay Dalapaon, Pasacao, Camarines Sur, cannot contain her emotions as she meets Camarines Sur 2nd district Representative Dato Arroyo during the solon’s recent visit in the area. Abias profusely thank Dato for the “Tubig, Kalye at Oportunidad” project that greatly benefited their coastal barangay. During the visit, the presidential son also graced the 35th foundation anniversary of Dalupaon National High School. He likewise visited coastal Barangays of Caranan and Balogo, also in Pasacao, where he has an ongoing road project. Dato’s project will connect these coastal areas to make them accessible.
