ZAMBOANGA CITY, Feb. 27 — Eleven people, including a one-year-old baby, were killed while 10 others were wounded when a big group of suspected Abu Sayyaf bandits and members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) “lost command” staged an attack in the island province of Basilan early Saturday, the police reported.
