MANILA, Jan. 16 — Filipino Grace Labian has been rescued from the rubble of her workplace which collapsed in Port-au-Prince in Haiti on January 12 due to a massive earthquake of magnitude 7, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA0 reported.

MANILA, Jan. 16 — In line with his goal of reducing the Philippines' dependence on imported fossil fuel, Lakas-Kampi-CMD standard bearer Gilberto “Gibo” Teodoro Jr. is urging the country’s energy officials to look at the possibility of building nuclear-powered plants in order to meet the domestic demand for cheap and easily produced electricity.

MANILA, Jan. 16 — Around 3,000 volunteers and supporters of Lakas-Kampi-CMD presidential candidate Gilberto "Gibo" Teodoro Jr. were up before dawn Saturday and trooped to the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig City to join him in a five-kilometer fun run dubbed "Go For Green, Takbo Para sa Pagbabago."
