MANILA, Jan. 4 –Vendors in Quiapo voluntarily surrendered to Optical Media Board (OMB) and the National Press Club (NPC) some 600 pieces of DVDs showing the mangled bodies of the victims of the Nov. 23 massacre in Maguindanao, during inspection of their stalls on Monday afternoon.
