NV officials turn over school building, road projects

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Dec. 29 -– Provincial officials here recently opened another batch of infrastructure projects designed to benefit farmers, teachers and students.

Engr. Jose Dennis Naui, provincial engineer, said the P1.139 million-two storey building with two classrooms and a toilet was turned over to school and town officials in Mapayao Elementary School in Kayapa town headed by Governor Luisa Cuaresma and Vice Governor Jose Gambito.

The project started in August and was completed in November this year. The fund used for the project was from the provincial government’s Special Education Fund (SEF).

The provincial officials also opened on Monday in barangay Bonfal in this town the P1.390 million concreting of the Sta. Rosa-Inaldo-Bonfal road project. It started in October 2009 and was completed in December 5 this year. The project was funded by Appropriation Ordinance No. 2009-117. (PNA) FFC/MBA/NME/mba
