MANILA, Dec. 24 –The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said on Thursday that three persons were confirmed dead when a wooden hull motorized vessel, with 14 crewmembers and 59 passengers, sank off Limbones Island, Cavite on Thursday morning after colliding with a fishing vessel.
