MANILA, Dec. 5 — Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao Gov. Zaldy Ampatuan and his father, former Maguindanao Gov. Andal Ampatuan Sr. were taken into custody by security forces for investigation in connection with the massacre of 57 civilians, including mediamen, last Nov. 23.
