GALING POOK AWARD — President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo presents the Galing Pook Award to Bayawan City, Negros Oriental for adopting the Ecosan approach in health and environment management during awarding ceremonies Friday (Dec. 4, 2009) at Malacanang’s Rizal Hall.
