MANILA, Nov. 27 —- The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Friday asseerted that there is no evidence to suggest that it was a commander of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) who was behind Monday’s massacre in Maguindanao which claimed the lives of more than 57 civilians and journalists.
