BANGKOK, Nov. 24 — The weekly cabinet meeting of the Thai government on Tuesday agreed to enforce Internal Security Act (ISA) in Thailand's capital Bangkok from Nov. 28 to Dec. 14 to ensure law and order during a series of mass anti-government rallies to be held.
