DAR, ADB sign MOA to benefit 30 ARMM communities

Usman (2nd from left) hold the memorandum of agreement (MOA) they signed with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for the development of 30 agrarian reform communities in Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur, Basilan, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi. The project, to be implemented under DAR’s Second Agrarian Reform Communities Project (ARCP 2), aims to alleviate poverty through infrastructure and agri-enterprise development to ensure food security.
