The LEAD Philippine National Police (PNP) Rescue Boat is by the PNP Disaster Management Task Group headed by PCSupt. Nicanor A. Bartolome. LEAD stands for Lifesaving Equipment Activated during Disasters. Made of local and recycled materials, the LEAD PNP Rescue Boat will be presented to PNP Chief Director General Jesus Verzosa to augment police resources during disasters.
