MANILA, Nov. 6 — Press Secretary Cerge Remonde said on Friday Malacanang welcomes the suggestions made by the Bishops-Ulama conference that the government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) should treat each other with sincerity when they talk to find a way to effect the release of Father Michael Sinnott, who was kidnapped last Oct. 11 in Pagadian City.
