Albay provincial gov’t readies disaster-preparedness mechanism

LEGAZPI CITY — The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office of Albay has started the packaging of National Food Authority (NFA) rice as part of the provincial government’s disaster-preparedness mechanism.
