QC ‘Oplan Kaluluwa 2009′ road maps for North Cemetery, Eternal Gardens and Himlayang Pilipino

In connection with its “Oplan Kaluluwa 2009,” the Quezon City government is deploying 339 personnel from the Quezon City Police Department (QCPD) Traffic Enforcement Unit, Department of Peace and Order Services (DPOS) and Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to help maintain traffic and peace and order in the vicinities of Manila North Cemetery, Himlayang Pilipino and Eternal Gardens Memorial Park during the all Saints’ and Souls’ Day observance. The QCPD Traffic Enforcement Unit has issued road maps showing traffic rerouting and road closure starting at 4 a.m. of Nov. 1, particularly along the stretch of A. Bonifacio Ave. in QC, as well as parking and no parking areas, tow-away zones, bus stops, traffic detailees and command posts near Himlayang Pilipino and Eternal Gardens Memorial Park. The Quezon City government has issued “Oplan Kaluluwa 2009″ road maps to guide people, including motorists, who will be visiting their departed relatives at the Novaliches Cemetery, Holy Cross Memorial Park, Parokya ng Pagkabuhay Cemetery in Bagbag and Baesa Cemetery on All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day.
