MANILA, Oct. 29 — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will deploy more than 1,200 traffic enforcers to all major thoroughfares in the metropolis starting Saturday (October 31) to man traffic on roads to and from public and private cemeteries on All Saints Day.
