CEBU CITY, Sept. 16 -– Eighty-two percent or 20.2 hectares of the 24.7-hectare Balili property in Naga, Cebu that Cebu Capitol has bought for P98.9 million is timberland and only 18 percent or 4.5 hectares is dry land, according to the final geodetic survey result of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
