President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo receives a warm welcome from schoolchildren and residents of Barangay San Nicolas, Floridablanca, Pampanga where she spearheaded the inauguration of a potable water system and inspected four other infrastructure projects Monday (Sept. 14, 2009).
