PGMA IN MAGALANG, PAMPANGA — President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo shakes hands with scholars under the PGMA Training for Work Scholarship Program of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) during her visit Monday (Aug. 24, 2009) in Barangay San Antonio Magalang, Pampanga.
