President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo leads the drive-thru to signal the inauguration of the 390-meter flyover along President Carlos P. Garcia (C-5) Extension in Paranaque City Thursday (August 20, 2009). The flyover crosses Sucat all the way to the South Luzon Expressway and cuts travel time by half.
