MANILA, Aug. 16 –The three suspects in the killing of publicist Salvador "Bubby" Dacer and his driver Emmanuel Corbito in 2000 are withdrawing their bid to inhibit the judge trying the case, citing that the court was right in allowing former police Sr. Supt. Cesar Mancao II to testify in court.
