BACOLOD CITY, July 30 — The city government of Victorias, through environment committee chair Andrei Garcia, and the management of the Victorias Milling Company (VMC) are set to meet next week to discuss the issue on "fly ashes" which according to the councilor was an old problem but remains unresolved by the giant milling company.
