Dato conducts dialogue with Camarines Sur fishermen

banRep. Dato Arroyo (Camarines Sur, first district) stresses a point during a dialogue with the Municipal Fisheries and Aquatic Officers of the district held recently in SB Hall of Libmanan town. Among the major issues tackled were the programs that the Presidential son can offer particularly to the fishermen. During the meeting, Dato announced that his house bill no. 03184 is now with the Hose’s Technical Working Committee. This house bill proposes the creation of a Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources to further help safeguard marine resources and create laws that will help the local fishermen.
