With over 3,000 species already thriving in the area, of which 100 are endemic to the country, Atienza said the sprawling, 24-hectare park will further be enhanced with better recreational facilities, anti-pollution interventions, including pictures of flora and fauna species that could not thrive in the area, to instill biodiversity conservation consciousness and environmental awareness among park visitors.
