NAPWNC as biodiversity showcase

Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Lito Atienza seals an agreement with Palafox Associates, represented by its principal architect Felino Palafox (right), for the development of a conceptual master plan that would transform the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Nature Center (NAPWNC) in Quezon City as a “biodiversity showcase” for the country’s rich flora and fauna. Korean investments in carbon credit projects in RP
