MANILA, June 30 — Aside from Dra. Vicki Belo, actress Katrina Halili would like that three other personalities, who are also close to cosmetic surgeon Dr. Hayden Kho, Jr., be criminally charged in connection with the proliferation of the controversial sex video that found its way in cyberspace.

The sex video shows the intimate sexual acts between the actress and Koho, an ex-boyfriend and a cosmetic surgeon.

In her reply-affidavit filed on Tuesday before the Department of Justice (DOJ), Halili asked that Erik Johnston Chua, Dr. Herbert "Bistek" Rosario and Princess Marie Velasco should also be charged as "accessory to the crime" for violation of Republic Act 9262, otherwise known as the Violence Against Women and Children Act of 2004.

Halili said that it is clear in the counter-affidavit filed by the other respondents that on Dec. 18, 2008 they knew that the sex video made by Dr. Kho was hidden in his laptop.

Despite the knowledge of the respondents, Halili said, Chua, Rosario, Velasco conspired with Dra. Belo to cover up the crime of Dr. Kho.

Halili added that the respondents did not move a finger to file a complaint in connection with the alleged crime committed.

She further said that the statement of Belo in her affidavit that the latter had no copy of the sex video is totally untrue.

The young actress noted that Chua himself confirmed in his affidavit that only Dra. Belo was given the master DVD copy of the sex video.

Halili claimed that if the affidavit of Chua will be used as the basis, it is clear that Dra. Belo was in front of Chua when the content of the laptop of Dr. Kho was opened until such time that the controversial sex video was transferred to the DVD. (PNA)
