MANILA, June 23 — With two of its employees confirmed to have contracted the Influenza A/H1N1 virus while 12 others are placed in quarantine, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) officials are planning to vaccinate 12,000-plus personnel of the agency, even as it assured the public of an unhampered operations with safety measures in place.
