MANILA, June 5 — The economy, particularly the report of Economic Planning Secretary Ralph Recto on the global recession impact news (GRIN) and the operationalization of the Presidential Coordinating Council on Research and Development to be headed by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, will be the top agenda in Tuesday’s Cabinet meeting at the State Dining Room of Malacañang.
