Camarines Sur 1st District Rep. Dato Arroyo congratulates basketball teams of Pamplona (junior division) and Libmanan (senior division ) who emerged as champions in the recently concluded 2nd Dato Cup Intertown Basketball League. An exhibition game was also played between the Arroyo team and members of the clergy of the 1st District as part of the celebration of the finals. A total of P100,000.00 in cash prizes was awarded to the winning teams. Dato Cup is part of young solon’s initiative to strengthen the development of sports and youth programs. With Rep.
