President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo receives from Oscar Aragon, president of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Association of the Philippines (PHAP), a copy of the memorandum of agreement (MOA) between PHAP through its PHAPCares Foundation, and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the Department of Health (DOH) and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) wherein the PHAP committed itself to sponsor nurses who will be deployed to 20 poor towns under Project NARS. The MOA signing was held during the general membership meeting of the PHAP on Thursday (May 21) at the Tower Club, 33rd Floor of the Philamlife Tower, 8767 Paseo de Roxas in Makati City.
