COTABATO CITY, May 8 – Military forces have tightened security along the Cotabato-Maguindanao highway following threats by Moro rebels to close down sections of the thoroughfare due to ongoing sporadic encounters in the outskirts of Datu Saudi Ampatuan and Datu Piang towns in Maguindanao.
