Nepali PM Prachanda declares resignation

KATHMANDU, May 4 — Nepali Prime Minister Prachanda on Monday resigned from his post.

Accepting the weakness that the government could not achieve during his tenure Prachanda resigned from his post, according to Nepal FM radio.

Prachanda declared his resignation while addressing the nation following the current political unrest on Monday. (PNA/Xinhua)
