PBL: Magnolia prevails over Cobra in 2nd game

MANILA, April 23 –In the second game, Magnolia Purewater snapped a two-game losing run by beating Cobra Energy Drink, 69-67.

The Wizards squandered a 12-point lead but held on in the end to tie Licealiz for second place.

The Energy Warriors had a chance to win the game after Magnolia’s Neil Raneses uncharacteristically bunged two free throws with 8.6 ticks left but Patrick Cabahug missed.
