PNR rehabilitation works

Photos show construction crew undertaking rehabilitation works for the Philippine National Railways (PNR) near Espana Avenue in Manila. Upper photo shows workers building a new PNR station near the major thoroughfare that would include ticketing booths, waiting areas and cyclone wire fencing. Stations in Blumentritt and Tayuman, Manila as well as in Alabang, Muntinlupa City are also being simultaneously built. The railway lines are also being rehabilitated, as shown in lower photo, in preparation for the use of new trains recently bought by the PNR. (PNA photos by Boy Antonio)/V3
